WEEKLY REVIEW
Hello and welcome to the 2010 season.
Senior training has already started with good numbers attending. Players have been very enthusiastic and an enormous will to learn from our new coaching staff is great to see. Ray, Kym and Peter have introduced many new ideas and training drills which will bring a new game plan for the following season.
The off field team have also been very busy during the summer. The floor behind the bar has been tiled - many thanks to Ken Braun who has done a fantastic job. The bar will also get an upgrade with new cupboards and bar top which will be installed in the near future. The verandah that runs along the front of our clubrooms will also be extended before the season starts. If you are able to help out with these projects please contact a committee member as many hands make light work. See the CLUB OFFICALS tab for all the contact details.
The grounds committee never sleep -they have been busy irrigating, fertilizing, mowing and maintaining our oval and surrounds, and the oval looks in top condition for the following season. Well done guys.
Our Sponsorship and Membership committees are hard at work. We thank all those that became a member or sponsor last year and hope you will be able to dig deep again for the following season. Your contribution enables the football club to provide and give our community a safe and friendly place to play football.
The handbook is also under way for this season, it has become a very informative book that provides all the information needed to get you through the year. Please if you are able to help in putting this together please contact us.
